Maximilian is an associate in Addleshaw Goddard's Corporate Division in London.

He advises public and private companies on various corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and fundraisings.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Maximilian worked at a leading English firm in London followed by a financial technology company providing payments solutions.
