Ryan is an associate in the Corporate Finance team based in the firm's Dubai office. Ryan trained in Addleshaw Goddard's Dublin office and also completed a six-month secondment in the firm's Oman office. Ryan advises clients on a wide range of areas including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and general corporate matters.

Experience

Completed a seat in finance and projects in Addleshaw Goddard's Oman office. This seat involved working on high-value financial projects and preparing the necessary documents for both bilateral and syndicated financial arrangements.
Completed seats in real estate, litigation with a particular focus on insolvency and restructuring, and corporate. Heavily involved in a highly contentious, high-value corporate restructuring, assisting with drafting the restructuring documents in both Dublin and London, and supporting court proceedings.
Gained experience in general corporate matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions and private equity/venture capital. In the corporate department, responsibilities included preparing all necessary ancillary documents and ensuring compliance with all post-completion requirements.
Experienced in drafting share purchase/asset purchase agreements and working on a number of private equity investment rounds. This involved drafting the necessary investment documents and arranging the particular debt documents, including convertible loan notes.
