Experience

Advised Alameda Healthcare Group, a leading Egyptian healthcare provider, on a minority investment of approximately USD 190 million led by London-based private equity firm Development Partners International LLP and its co-investors.
Advised Al Waha Land, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waha Capital, on the AED 530 million sale of integrated logistics assets at AlMarkaz Industrial Park in Al Dhafra, Abu Dhabi.
Advised BlueFive Capital on its acquisition of a 49% stake in Massar Solutions from Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA Group) and its joint venture / shareholders' arrangements with Solutions+ (a Mubadala company).
Advised BlueFive Capital on its acquisition of a 49% stake in Leaseplan Emirates from Ayvens and its joint venture / shareholders' arrangements with Solutions+ (a Mubadala company).
