Ewa is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokatka). She provides comprehensive legal advice to both local and foreign entities for real estate transactions, particularly in relation to acquisition, development, construction, leasing, property management, and divestment processes, primarily in the office and logistics sectors. Ewa is also involved in day-to-day legal services for entities in the real estate market. 

Work highlights*

• Clarion Partners Europe: advising on the acquisition of two logistics properties in Pruszcz Gdański, totalling 78,486 sqm, for approximately €59m. 
• Investika and Bud Holdings: advising on the acquisition of Tensor Office Park comprising three A class office buildings in Gdynia.
• Niam: advising on the sale of Silesia Business Park A and B in Katowice to Philippine investor ISOC Group and on the sale of Axis and Kapelanka 42 A office buildings to CORUM.
• W. P. Carey: advising on numerous sale-and-leaseback transactions and further management, leasing, and development of these properties.
• AEW Europe: advising on the acquisitions of numerous greenfields in Poland, as well as on the further construction process related to these properties.
