EXPERTISE 

Antonia is dual qualified in England & Wales and Scotland and has substantial experience in advising clients on the real estate aspects of energy development projects and transactions across a breadth of technologies and in both jurisdictions. Antonia also has significant agricultural and forestry experience which assists developers understand the nuances associated with rural developments.

Recent experience includes:

  • Acting for renewables developers including negotiation option and leases, exercising the options and financing the projects.
  • Acting for a renewables developer that specialises in private wire connections which enable energy intensive users to reduce costs and carbon emissions.
  • Acting for project landowners, including advice on a landowners' natural capital projects and potential future requirements in relation to maximising the potential of the landowner's retained land.
  • Acting for clients on agricultural and forest acquisitions and disposals and asset management.
