Anita advises on all aspects of corporate real estate, investment, development and real estate finance transactions, with particular expertise in cross-border and structurally complex transactions. She has a methodical and pragmatic approach boosted by targeted commercial in-house experience at the University of Warwick and with the Lotus F1 Team.

Having relocated to Dubai from Addleshaw Goddard's London office, Anita brings a strong UK track record together with rapidly growing UAE experience, working closely with clients across both markets on major real estate matters.

Advising a leading UAE master developer on its acquisition of a majority stake in a regeneration site in London, with a gross development value of GBP 2.5 billion (AED 12 billion).
Advising an international schools group on real estate matters in the UAE.
