Alasdair also has a strong reputation for advising on commercial disputes involving corporate, commercial and litigation expertise. During 2012/13 he acted as special adviser to the board of a FTSE 100 company in relation to its conduct of a major high profile Serious Fraud Office (SFO) investigation.
