Beth has experience advising on regulatory matters such as health and safety, inquests and the Coronial process, public inquiries, investigations, building safety and fire safety.

Beth's recent experience includes:

Representing a client within the rail industry at a Coroner's inquest and providing advice throughout the inquest proceedings.

Assisting with disclosure and the document review process for clients involved in public inquiries, including the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry, and the Infected Blood Inquiry.

Advising clients in relation to aspects of building and fire safety, including significant changes introduced by the Building Safety Act 2022.

Preparing material and assisting with the delivery of training to clients on a range of regulatory matters including health and safety compliance, fire and building safety.
