Expertise

Sarah qualified into commercial litigation in January 2011, but moved into competition law after an internal secondment a year after she qualified. Sarah joined Addleshaw Goddard's Competition Team in December 2017.

Sarah advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including competition litigation (follow-on and stand-alone damages actions in the CAT and the High Court), Phase I and Phase II mergers, market investigations, competition compliance and the treatment of vertical agreements and abusive practices, cartels and other horizontal agreements between competitors. She has particular expertise in the retail and consumer and financial services sectors.
