- Advising a listed business on their relationship with their European Works Council and, in particular, defending complaints made by the European Works Council to the Central Arbitration Committee.
- Advising on unfair dismissal and discrimination employment tribunal claims.
- Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
