Dave is a Partner in the national Private Equity Team at Addleshaw Goddard. His home office is Leeds but Dave works and advises clients on a national basis.
Dave specialises in advising clients on all aspects of private equity transactions, including:
- advising houses on new investments and exits;
- managing portfolio companies through bolt-on acquisitions / buy and build process; and
- advising founders and/or management teams on seeking private equity investment (whether via primary, secondary or tertiary transactions)
Alongside private equity, Dave also has significant experience advising clients in the Advanced Manufacturing and Energy & Utilities sectors.
- Experience
A selection of transactions he has worked on includes:
- Advising Key Capital on its investments into Darts Corner, TIS Group, Smarter Services and Regency Group;
- Advising LDC on its investments into Sigmat, NBS and BCIS;
- Advising Elysian Capital on its investments into United Infrastructure (formerly Fastflow Group) and Kinetic Solutions Group;
- Advising the management team of William Blythe on investment by H2 Equity Partners; and
- Advising United Infrastructure on multiple bolt-on acquisitions, including the acquisition of Wood T&D from the Wood Group.
