Christina has over eight years of experience advising financial institutions on a variety of disputes. Acting primarily for banks and asset based lenders, she regularly advises on disputes with corporate and private borrowers as well as guarantors. She has experience in complex recovery actions and defending mis-selling claims brought against financial institutions.

She has dealt with a wide range of professional negligence disputes, including claims arising from defects in lender's security, fraudulent property transactions, the misappropriation of funds by solicitors, borrowers and third parties. She also assists on multi team, complex and high value fraud claims. 

Christina has spent two periods on secondment with a major retail bank and has a good understanding of the issues faced by in-house counsel.
