- Advised a litigation funder in respect of a bespoke funding agreement provided to a law firm to support four consumer claims against multinationals.
- Advised a litigation funder on its funding agreement to a consumer rights campaigner as class representative in respect of a claim against a tech multinational in the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
