EXPERTISE
Niamh is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team based in Dublin and has experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Niamh advises on a wide range of contentious matters including contractual disputes, professional negligence, product liability, residential and commercial property disputes. She has been involved in matters before the Court of Appeal, High Court, Circuit Court and District Court.
Niamh also has experience advising clients on alternative dispute resolution to include arbitration and mediation.
