Zoe leads the Real Estate Finance practice at Addleshaw Goddard, where she advises a diverse range of lenders and borrowers on complex real estate finance transactions. Her expertise covers both investment and development finance across multiple sectors, including the living sector (hotels and leisure, PRS, PBSA), offices, retail, and industrial assets. Zoe’s practice is truly international, encompassing domestic and cross-border deals and spanning the full spectrum of the capital stack—senior, mezzanine, and whole loans, as well as loan participations, restructurings, and loan transfers. Her clients include banks, debt funds, insurers, family offices, developers, and investors.

Zoe is recognised as a ‘Leading Partner’ for Property Finance in the 2026 edition of Legal 500 and is also ranked for Real Estate Finance in Chambers & Partners 2026, reflecting her strong reputation in the market.
