Paul McGrath is a Partner in the Firm's Employment & Immigration Group. 

He is an experienced employment lawyer who advises clients across a broad range of sectors in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Paul's experience includes advising businesses in the financial services, healthcare and life sciences, industrials/manufacturing, professional services, energy, real estate, sports and technology sectors. Paul also has extensive experience working with US-headquartered multinationals and private equity backed businesses. 

His recent work has included supporting businesses with senior executive appointments and terminations, large-scale reorganisations/redundancy programmes, industrial relations, sensitive grievance and disciplinary issues, whistleblower concerns, employment claims, the application of TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, outsourcings and restructurings).

Paul also has particular expertise in the handling of employee-related privacy and data protection matters and is an IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional Europe.
