Mark is head of Commercial Disputes for Addleshaw Goddard LLP. Mark specialises in commercial litigation and has significant experience of leading large and complex investigations and litigation both in international arbitration and the English High Court, including claims supported by urgent injunctive relief and worldwide freezing injunctions. Mark has particular expertise in competition disputes and is head of the Competition Litigation Practice.

In recent years Mark has represented claimants in significant "follow-on" proceedings and defended international clients in other cases before the English courts, this includes claims arising out of Foam, Copper Fittings, Envelopes, Power Cables and Trucks Cartels. Mark has also acted for clients defending significant commercial court claims for abuse of dominance, including a series of cases for Stansted and East Midlands Airports regarding access to airport infrastructure.

Recent arbitration work includes disputes under ICC, LCIA, AAA, SCC and UNCITRAL rules. Mark has particular experience in disputes involving cross-border issues, advising on matters involving jurisdictions in Europe, Africa and South and Central America.

Mark provides advice to a wide range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals on disputes including fraud, competition claims, contractual and outsourcing disputes, contract termination, warranty claims and disputes with subcontractors and suppliers.

Mark is also co-Head of the firm's Retail and Consumer Sector Group.
