Conor McLean is an associate in the Tax and Structuring team.  His experience includes advising international businesses on investing in and establishing business in Ireland, structuring Irish property investments, providing structuring and transactional tax support for sellers and investors including private equity, and advising on share incentive schemes.  Conor is a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland. 

His recent experience includes advising: 

• MNK Partners: On a number of Irish commercial property investment.
• IROKO Zen: A French headquartered investment firm, on a number of Irish commercial property investments.
• An Irish non-Bank Lender: Who operate an SME lending platform facilitating various types of SME finance on its first securitisation, backed by its SME loan receivables.
• Anderson Anderson Brown (AAB): (Backed by private equity group, August Equity) on its acquisition of Ormsby Rhodes and Ryan & Crowley accountancy practices. We advised AAB on an appropriate investment structure for making their investment and provided input into the transaction documents.
• Veeda Clinical Research: On the acquisition of Heads, an Irish headquartered European CRO business. We advised Veeda on an appropriate investment structure for making their investment and provided input into the transaction documents
