- Advising the principal shareholders of BJSS Limited on their sale to CGI Group Holdings Europe Limited.
- Advising the principal shareholders and Growth Capital Partners on their exit of Infinity Works to Accenture.
- Advising the principal shareholders on the minority sale of 6point 6 to ICG and then advising the principal shareholders on their subsequent full exit to Accenture.
