Charlotte is an Associate in the Leeds Corporate Finance team and advises corporates, financial institutions and private equity houses on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and disposals.
Her experience to date has included:
- advising Elysian Capital on the acquisition with management of SCX Special Projects
- advising CBPE and other shareholders on the sale of Allied Glass to Sun Capital
- advising the shareholders of Cooper Solutions on its sale to PIB
- advising Cornes & Co on the acquisition of GNS from Phoenix Equity Partners
