Cecilia is an Associate in our Private Funds Group. She works with GPs advising them on the structuring, establishment and marketing of private funds across a range of asset classes, and also advises LPs on their investments in funds and co-investment opportunities.
Cecilia joined the firm in 2022 having trained as an investment funds lawyer in Hong Kong, where she also gained experience in the retail funds space through her secondments to HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank.
