Bronagh has experience acting for local authorities and private landowners, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the legal, regulatory and commercial framework underpinning development.

  • Negotiating planning agreements in connection with development and infrastructure projects
  • Undertaking planning due diligence for property and transactional work
