Michael, who has been a Partner at Addleshaw Goddard since 2000, is Head of our Employment Group. He also sits on the firm’s governance board and is a member of its executive leadership team. He is a highly experienced employment lawyer with an emphasis on offering practical and pragmatic solutions to his clients. His expertise covers all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with a focus on resolving issues of strategic or reputational importance. Michael has responsibility for managing the Group's client service teams across a diverse range of industry sectors including a number of FTSE 100 companies and global financial institutions.
Michael has a Masters in employment law, is a regular commentator on employment issues at business seminars and in the media and has also lectured on the subject at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Prior to joining AG, Michael was a solicitor at Gouldens (now Jones Day).
