Kathryn is a qualified real estate lawyer with extensive experience advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions with a particular focus on high value acquisitions, disposals, large scale portfolio management, development and forward funding transactions particularly in the institutional investment sector.

Having spent time seconded to the firm's Innovation and Legal Technology team, Kathryn now designs and implements products and solutions helping our teams deliver legal services in an innovative, faster and more cost-effective way. Kathryn manages a number of projects which bring together optimal resourcing, technology and process management designed to meet the needs of our clients now and respond to changes in the market.
