Expertise

Jordan is an associate in the Corporate team based in Glasgow. He deals with a broad range of corporate matters for clients and has particular experience in advising public and private companies on mergers, acquisitions and public company takeovers, equity fundraisings and on matters of general corporate governance.

He advises clients from across a number of sectors, with particular experience in the healthcare, life sciences and retail and consumer sectors.

Experience

Advising 10 major financial institutions as joint clients on the creation and launch of a joint venture to allow their customers to access certain basic banking services through shared banking hubs. Awarded In-House / Law Firm Collaboration of the Year by Legal Business (2023) and highly commended by the FT in the Innovative Lawyers in Impact and ESG category (2023)
Advising Par Equity in relation to the merger of Par Equity and Praetura Ventures to create PXN Group, a new venture capital and investment firm
Advising National Wealth Fund on its £28m equity investment in Cornish Metals Inc. (dual listed on AIM and TSX-V)
