- 10 years' experience in dealing with property aspects of telecommunications mast site transactions; involved delivering acquisition, consolidation and NTQ projects for a number of national telecom operators in addition to acting for landowners on a more specialist basis
- Extensive exposure to negotiation and regularisation of utility installations through wayleaves and grant of easements, acting on behalf of landowners and benefitting parties
- Broadly advise landlord and tenants on the effect and overlapping application of the Electronic Communications Code and Landlord and Tenant Act, 1954
