Expertise

Nadine is an associate in our Commercial Litigation team in London, with particular expertise in product safety and product liability litigation. She has extensive dispute resolution experience across the automotive, consumer goods, life sciences and technology sectors.  

Nadine is an Australian-qualified solicitor and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Nadine practiced in the Sydney office of an Australian top-tier law firm.

Nadine’s recent experience includes: 

  • Acting for an organisation in relation to the defence of a product liability dispute in the life sciences sector.
  • Representing a major food & drink company in a claim against a cocktail dispenser manufacturer, focusing on product liability, product safety, and breach of contract.
  • Advising a luxury vehicle manufacturer and distributor in relation to its obligations under UK and EU regulations on the carriage of its products, including batteries. 
  • Acting for a manufacturer and distributor of heavy-duty diesel vehicles in defending proceedings concerning alleged misconduct in engine certification.
  • Acting for a tech giant in proceedings commenced on behalf of consumers and developers seeking compensation arising from alleged overpayments on in-app purchases.
  • Advising a global battery manufacturer on product liability issues and a product recall.
