Lucy-Erin has over seven years of experience working in the legal profession assisting with non-contentious and contentious construction matters in the UK and Middle East, including international arbitration, adjudication and litigation.
In addition, Lucy-Erin has experience in Infrastructure, Projects & Energy, Funds Finance and Finance Litigation.
- Experience
- Supported a multi-million-dollar ICC arbitration involving a government-backed entity concerning the design and construction of a major transport project in Qatar.
- Assisted with an arbitration relating to the engineering, procurement, and construction of a gas plant in Iraq.
- Contributed to a domestic adjudication, including drafting the Notice and Referral Notice.
- Drafted ancillary documents based on JCT standard forms for building contractors, property developers, and subcontractors.
