Rachel qualified into our Transactional Real Estate team in 2019 having trained with the firm. 

Rachel advises on all aspects of non-contentious real estate - recent experience includes:

• acting for bp on the countrywide roll-out of substation leases to energise electric vehicle charging points including ancillary documents such as deeds of grant to facilitate easements over third party land;
• acting for Chargemaster on the purchase of a portfolio of sites from The Restaurant Group;
• assisting a leading supermarket with a project which involved the acquisition of a large number of petrol forecourts;
• assisting a developer client with due diligence on sites to be acquired for renewable energy storage; and
• acting for an institutional investor on the sale of investment property within its portfolio.
