Katharina has been advising on all aspects of construction and architectural law for over 20 years. When it comes to large real estate projects, project developers, property developers, real estate companies, and banks rely on her many years of expertise. Her practice focuses on construction project development as well as legal advice on planning and construction of lengthy and complex construction projects in the city centres of major German cities. She also advises on international projects and construction projects as well as on disputes in construction law.
Katharina has extensive sector experience, including data centers, logistics assets, hotels, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and retail developments.
She also holds key governance roles, serving on the advisory board of Signal Iduna Bauspar AG and on committees of Hamburger Sparkasse AG and HASPA Finanzholding.
In addition to her practice, Katharina is highly regarded in the market as a lecturer at Hamburg University and the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, and as a regular speaker and commentator on real estate law in leading German business media.
