Zoe is an Associate in the London Corporate team. She advises on a broad range of private domestic and cross border M&A and private equity transactions, with experience across sectors including financial services, technology and healthcare.
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Zoe was a member of the corporate team at a leading New Zealand law firm.

- Advising Perpetual Guardian Group on the acquisition of the Private Wealth division of Trustees Executor Limited.*
- Advising the shareholders of the Wet & Forget group on Direct Capital’s acquisition of the business.*
