Lorna is an associate in the Corporate Finance team based in the Firm's Dubai office. Lorna qualified and trained in Firm's London office, having undertaken seats in Real Estate Finance, Financial Litigation, Corporate and Pensions. Lorna has worked on a range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, management buy-outs, corporate re-organisations, initial public offerings, disposals, acting for private equity houses on their investments and exits. 

In October 2023 Lorna transferred to the Firm's Dubai office, where she continues to work on corporate transactions, focusing predominantly on private M&A. Lorna also has previous in-house corporate experience, working closely with the General Counsel within MJ Hudson to support on the company's initial public offering in 2019.
