Lorna is an Associate in the Corporate team, based in Dubai, who qualified and trained in the Firm’s London office. Whilst Lorna's predominant focus in Dubai is private M&A, Lorna has worked numerous corporate and corporate finance transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, public takeovers, management buy-outs, corporate re-organisations, initial public offerings, disposals, acting for private equity houses on their investments and exits.
In addition, Lorna has also worked on a range of venture capital transactions, and frequently works on a range of discrete commercial matters. Lorna also has previous in-house corporate experience, working closely with the General Counsel within MJ Hudson to support on the company's initial public offering in 2019.

- Advised the founders of the Rise Group on the sale of part of its business in the Middle East to Elevate Sports Ventures.
- Advised Kent Group DMCC, a global engineering services leader, on its strategic acquisition of Sudlows DMCC, a design and engineering firm headquartered in Dubai specialising in data centres.
- Advised a MENA cryptocurrency platform on its sale to an Indian listed cryptocurrency investment application.
- Advising Coty Middle East as the lead point person on a broad range on corporate and commercial matters, as AG has acted as retained in-house counsel for Coty Middle East.
- Advised a Dubai property management company on the investment into it by a Malaysia-listed group.
- Advised FTSE 100-listed Associated British Foods on its takeover of National Milk Records.
- Advised private equity house Terra Firma on its 110 million GBP acquisition of Kier Living from leading UK construction and infrastructure company Kier Group.
- Advised Curtis Banks Group on its exit from the UK market via a 242 million GBP acquisition by Nucleus Financial Platforms.
