Sylvie focuses her practice on leases, construction, property development, real estate financing, acquisitions, and litigation.
She advises both international and French clients.
She has particular expertise in data center related matters, acting for leading operators and investors throughout the lifecycle of their assets (retail, hyperscale, edge DCs etc.).
Sylvie also gained in-house experience within the legal department of Bouygues UK prior to qualifying as a lawyer.
- Experience
- Advised one of the leaders in the datacenter sector in connection with the acquisition of the site in Argenteuil for an Hyperscale data center, the construction of the data centre and its commissioning, as well as in relation to the letting of the premises. Both phases total approximately 180,000 square feet, including around 97,004 square feet of data centre white space supported by a total of 28.8 MW of critical IT load. Each three-storey building contains six (6) data halls.
- Advised one of the leaders in the datacenter sector on the sale of one of them in Saint-Denis (93) through a VEFA for €120M.
- Advised one of the leaders in the datacenter sector on the purchase of a datacenter in Saint-Denis (93) from a real estate investment fund for 190 M€.
- Advised an Irish fund for the sale of a building « Huit Douze sur Parc » in Maisons-Alfort (94).
- Advised a Real Estate Investment Fund Manager for the acquisition of a French logistics portfolio for 175M€.
- Advised a listed Hong Kong investor on the acquisition of a luxury Hotel (Paris) for 344 M€ and advising on the refinancing of the Hotel.
- Advised a provider of open source cloud solutions for renting of premises in La Defense Plaza (92) (2,500 sqm of offices).
- Advised an investor listed on the NYSE for an off-plan logistics center of 90,000 sqm (north of France)
