Oliver is a newly qualified Associate and works within the Transactional Real Estate team. He acts on non-contentious commercial property matters, with a particular focus on landlord and tenant work.
Oliver also undertakes a large amount of asset management work as well as acting for public sector clients.
Notable experience includes:
- acting for institutional investors on high value sales and purchases;
- acting for institutional investors on new leases, lease renewals and asset management matters; and
- acting for Columbia Threadneedle on general commercial property matters
