Eilidh is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's Commercial Disputes team, based in London.

Eilidh is an experienced disputes lawyer acting in complex High Court litigation, arbitration and urgent injunctive relief. She has a particular focus on corporate and technology disputes and is trusted to guide clients through heavyweight, high-value and high-pressure matters on both the claimant and defendant side.

Her practice includes advising on SPA disputes, warranty and indemnity claims, specific performance of contractual obligations, and breach of trust claims. Eilidh has particular experience in claims involving economic torts and urgent asset preservation and recovery strategies. Her practice includes cross-border disputes, most recently acting in matters involving parties in Kenya and Uganda.

Eilidh is the Managing Associate leading one of The Lawyer's "Top 20 cases of 2026" and is currently advising on a high-profile breach of trust dispute concerning the recovery of dissipated assets.
