Alex is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's corporate team in the London office. Alex specialises in private and public M&A transactions and has advised corporates, private equity, management teams and founders on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations and general corporate matters.
She has previously been based in Australia, working at a leading global law firm and spending an eight-month secondment at a private equity firm in Melbourne.

Alex's transactional experience includes advising:
- Barclays Bank on its strategic partnership with Brookfield Asset Management to transform the bank's payment acceptance business whereby Barclays and Brookfield will work to create a standalone entity over time).
- National Australian Bank on its lead investment in payments software and data analytics business Data Mesh Group*
- InfraRed Capital Partners on the divestment of its investment in the consortium that manages the Royal Adelaide Hospital Public-Private Partnership*
- Advising private equity firm Advent Partners on the sale of its majority interest in Compass Education, a cross-border school management software business, to Swedish private equity firm EQT*
