Kirsten is an Associate in the Transactional Real Estate Team. Kirsten has particular experience in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, sales and development as well as supporting on all aspects of asset management within industrial, energy and corporate occupation. Kirsten also acts for landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and lease management transactions. 

Kirsten acts for a wide variety of clients. Recent examples of works undertaken by Kirsten:

• acting in the acquisition of a portfolio of properties for a large hotel chain for circa £200 million;
• acting in the sale of investment properties on behalf of an institutional investor; acting in the purchase of a portfolio of properties in Scotland which were occupied by ten tenants with cross border elements;
• acting for institutional investors in the asset management of their portfolios including lease renewals and new lease instructions;
• providing real estate support on corporate transactions.
