Emma is working in a Managing Associate (Knowledge) role and her experience includes:

• working as part of the Knowledge team within AG on a variety of tasks including:
• writing and delivering firm wide junior training focused on real estate foundation and reactive training responding to trends seen in supervision at a national and regional level
• assisting with knowledge materials and precedents
• delivery of knowledge campaigns
• dealing with firm-wide fee earner queries
• providing focused supervision to junior lawyers in the team helping them to become well-rounded lawyers providing quality, commercial advice for our clients
• working on a variety of market leading deals across a wide spectrum of commercial property work (including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases, development & regeneration and corporate support) from a supervisory/knowledge perspective
• working as member of some of the firm's principal client account teams - managing precedents, assisting with delivery of service and providing training

Emma's previous fee earning experience includes:

• Individual and portfolio sales and purchases
• Management and pre-letting of retail, industrial and office units
• Assisting on the property aspects of corporate restructure and re-financing projects
