Expertise

Caitlin joined AG in 2024 as an associate in the Infrastructure, Projects and Energy team. Caitlin has experience advising on a range of commercial and contractual matters, in particular on infrastructure transactions related to regeneration, energy and transport. Caitlin acts for both public and private sector clients to deliver a range of projects.

Experience

Specific experience includes advising:

  • Peel L&P Developments Limited on grant funding arrangements of c. £55m to enable the regeneration of the Central Docks neighbourhood in Liverpool, including the delivery of social housing and community space
  • a nationally regulated government entity with responsibility for national infrastructure on commercial arrangements related to its functions, including a template framework agreement for services and a services agreement with a value of c. £2m
  • Department for Transport teams on in-life contract management legal work in respect of contracts with train operators.
