Blandine is a managing associate in our Paris office.

She acts on behalf of French and international clients, including real estate funds, asset managers, developers, banks, builders, real estate companies, landlords, tenants and insurance companies. She advises on a wide range of real estate law matters, including real estate investment, transactions and acquisitions, property management, leases (particularly commercial), construction, property development and related issues.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Blandine spent six years working as an associate at an international law firm. Blandine has been ranked by Best Lawyers in the following category: "The Best Lawyers in France: Ones To Watch" for her expertise in Real Estate Law in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Acquisitions, Transactions and Real Estate Investments

Advising a real estate investment fund manager on the acquisition of a portfolio of seven logistics assets from a second real estate investment manager (175M€)

Advising Kai Yuan Holdings Limited, an investment company listed in the Hong Kong, on the acquisition and financing of the Marriott Champs-Élysées hotel in Paris from ADIA (344M€) and its refinancing (175M€)

Advising Al Wathba Stud, a stud farm based in Abu Dhabi and owned by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice-President, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court of the United Arab Emirates, on the acquisition of the prestigious Haras de Fresnay-le-Buffard stud farm in Normandy (26M€)
