Bahar joined Addleshaw Goddard as an associate in the Banking and Finance practice area. She advises national and international clients on banking, finance, commercial and corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Education
Bahar Buldak studied law at the University of Augsburg (2015-2019) and the George Washington University Law School (Fall 2017). She completed her studies with the First German State Exam, majoring in corporate, banking and capital markets law (2020).
As a trainee lawyer, she worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Munich and Commerzbank in Frankfurt. Bahar Buldak completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with the Second German State Exam (2022). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2023.
