Aidan is a Managing Associate in the Dubai corporate team and has extensive experience acting for large corporates and international private equity and investment funds. He also has experience "client side" having been seconded to the M&A team at CBRE.
Aidan joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2016, and has practiced in England and Dubai giving him a firm grasp of international cross border M&A transactions.

- Advised Egyptian-based Alameda Healthcare Group on a significant investment from London-based private equity firm Development International Partners and co-investors.
- Advised Rise Group, based in the UAE and Saudi Arabia on the sale of its sports, culture and entertainment consultancy business to US-based Elevate Sports Ventures.
- Advised Gulf Cryo, a leading gas manufacturer and distributor in the Middle East, on a significant acquisition in the UAE in the industrial gases sector.
- Advised ASCA Capital on a financing deal for Dr Michael's Dental Group, with investment support from Bahrain National Holding Company.
- Advised the shareholders of the retailer FatFace on their sale of FatFace to Next.
- Advised Alpha FMC on its acquisition of Bankside FSC, a technology consulting firm based in the UK.
- Advised German client Gauselmann Group on its acquisition of Bede Gaming.
- Advised Alinda Capital Partners, a US infrastructure fund, on the acquisition of UK-based Glide Group.
