Law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised the shareholders of IT managed services provider Technique on its sale to Pixel Group, the parent company of data analytics business Perfect Image.


The deal sees Berkshire-based Technique become part of Pixel Group, creating a specialists managed service provider supplying secure end-to-end IT solutions to mid-market organisations and SMEs across the UK. The addition of Technique will expand Perfect Image's footprint in the south east, adding to bases in Glasgow, Newcastle and Belfast.

The deal saw AG advise the shareholders of Technique on the transaction, with the founders of Technique remaining in their roles to ensure a seamless transition for its employees, customers and partners.

AG's corporate finance team advising on the deal was led by Richard Hunt and Aidan Barry.
