Noura is a Saudi-qualified lawyer and an Associate in the Corporate & Commercial team based in Riyadh. She was one of the founding members of Addleshaw Goddard's Riyadh office upon its opening in 2023 and advises Saudi and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, strategic investments, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Noura acts for regional and international investors on cross-border transactions in Saudi Arabia, including sector-focused deals in real estate, hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment, education and retail.
During her time at Addleshaw Goddard, Noura completed a six-month secondment to the firm's London office, where she worked alongside the Corporate and Private Equity teams advising on UK and European transactions.
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Noura gained experience at AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland, Baker McKenzie, and American Express.
Noura graduated with an LL.B. from Prince Sultan University. She was selected to participate in the Young Legal Leaders Programme, sponsored by the Saudi Bar Association and Misk Foundation, in recognition of her leadership potential and commitment to the legal profession.
She is fluent in both Arabic and English.
