Noura is an Associate Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team based in Riyadh.
During her time at Addleshaw Goddard, Noura was seconded to London for a period of 6 months, where she worked on UK and European matters with a focus on Private Equity.
She completed her LLB at Prince Sultan University in KSA, during which she undertook an exchange programme in California, USA. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Noura gained experience at AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland, American Express, Burhan AlMarifa, KPMG, and Baker McKenzie.
She has been nominated for the "Young Legal Leaders" programme sponsored by the Saudi Bar Association and MISK, a non-profit foundation established to empower youth.
Noura is fluent in both Arabic and English.

- Advising a leading entertainment company in Saudi Arabia on its joint venture with a luxury concierge business headquartered in London.
- Completed a three-month client secondment at Hwadi, a leading entertainment company in Saudi Arabia.
- Advising a leading Saudi food production company on issuance of its shares to company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as the investor.
- Advising a leading oil and gas company on establishing its Regional Headquarters in Saudi Arabia.
- Advising a leading international company on its acquisition of international schools across the GCC.
- Advising a KSA fund on its acquisition of a leading hotel in Riyadh.
