- Acting for Bank of Scotland in funding the Teague Group's 660 home regeneration scheme at the old Ropeworks, Leith
- Advising on the funding aspects of various acquisitions and developments of PBSA schemes in both Scotland and England, including a 277 room scheme in Durham with expected GDV of £26,000,000 and a 207 room scheme in Stirling with expected GDV of £18,000,000, for Hong Kong and Singaporean regulated funds managed through a UK based asset manager
- Advising a European private equity real estate fund in its first UK investment, the acquisition of a residential portfolio London, part funded by a £22,000,000 facility from a major UK clearing bank
