Vinnie is a New Zealand qualified Associate in the Leveraged Finance team. She advises on banking and finance matters, with experience across acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and general corporate lending, and now focuses primarily on leveraged finance transactions. Vinnie acts for a wide range of clients, including sponsors, lenders and corporate borrowers across a variety of sectors, and has recently completed a secondment at a government housing and regeneration agency.
