Amanda trained with Addleshaw Goddard and qualified as an associate into the Finance team in March 2020. Amanda has acted for both bank and borrower clients on matters including leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and ABL. 

Recent transactions include:

• advising a syndicate of lenders in relation to the provision of a £80,000,000 revolving credit facility to AO Ltd
• advising Assura Financing plc in relation to an amendment and restatement of the company's existing revolving credit facility
• advising Peel Media (Holdings) Limited in relation to an amendment and restatement of the company's existing facility
• advising a national lender in relation to an amendment and restatement of a multi-currency revolving facility to a motor vehicle retailer
