Specialist lender Advanced Inheritance lands new funding partnership with Paragon Bank, supported by Addleshaw Goddard

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised specialist probate lending provider Advanced Inheritance on a groundbreaking new eight-figure funding partnership with Paragon Bank, the FTSE 250 specialist financial services company.

Advanced Inheritance is the country’s fastest-growing provider of probate loans to beneficiaries and executors of an estate. There are no regular repayments from the borrower, and no fixed terms, as the loan is repaid by the estate once it is in a position to make distributions.

The partnership with Paragon Bank’s Structured Lending division will support Advanced Inheritance’s growth plans and reflects the increasing role that probate lending plays in helping beneficiaries, executors and legal professionals navigate the financial challenges that can arise during estate administration.
