He has extensive experience supporting clients with their growth objectives, including mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross border), management buy outs, private fundraising, joint ventures, shareholder issues, secondary buy outs and corporate reorganisations. He focuses in particular on growth companies, helping them navigate complex legal issues, maximise value and manage risk.
