Addleshaw Goddard advises Tenn Capital on luxury Tuscany villa refinancing

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Tenn Capital on the refinancing of a large villa in Tuscany, with proceeds used to finance the acquisition and refurbishment of a wider European portfolio. 

The multi-million euro transaction involved multiple English and Italian individuals and corporate entities. The financing supports high-quality real estate in a prime Italian location and reflects continued lender appetite for well-structured private wealth real estate transactions across Europe. It is also yet another example of the high-value, short term lending facilities that Tenn Capital are deploying globally to meet the urgent liquidity needs of high-net-worth clients. 

Addleshaw Goddard worked alongside Italian law firm Legance, with the Italian team led by Marco Ianno.
